My name is Rabbi Stephen Spiegel. As an unfilliated Rabbi, I serve as an independent life cycle officiant– from weddings to naming ceremonies. Locals and couples know me for my warm, personal, and inclusive wedding ceremonies, whether they be Jewish or Interfaith. I do what I can to make sure the couples have a happy, memorable night.

My Process

Once you contact me, I send you and your fiance separate questionnaires. The questions encompass your backgrounds, how you met, and how you feel about your future together. I also provide a list of possible ceremony components that you can decide whether or not to incorporate into your special day. Your happiness is what counts. My goal is to create a customized wedding ceremony that accurately reflects who YOU are!

Let’s Make Your Day Perfect

I know it isn’t exactly feasible to meet in person when you’re planning a destination wedding. To make sure we can get to know one another, I meet you via email, phone, or Skype™– whichever your preferred mode of communication may be. By the time we see each other in person, usually the day before the ceremony, we are like old friends or family. That connection creates a warm, passionate, and personal ceremony.

Your Ceremony

I want you to have the wedding ceremony of your dreams. No one can tell you what is right or wrong. There are no set rules or regulations. This will be “YOUR CEREMONY!” Let me know what I can do to make your ceremony the event you always dreamed of, and I will do what I can to make that happen.
